Use the custodian that matches the record:
- Court case files: see criminal court case records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
- Criminal records and rap sheets: contact the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE)
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Gadsden County sheriff's records unit
- Official background checks: order through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE)
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case
